The house is located at the top of the beautiful, unspoilt, ancient hill-top village of Roquebrun, in the Languedoc Roussillon region of the South of France. The view of the mountainside, from the terrace, will take your breath away, it looks as if it's been lifted straight from a toy railway set. And you will never tire of staring at it and watching the many birds, including eagles and other birds of prey, that call it home. This beautiful view can be enjoyed over breakfast every morning. But it is only one of many reasons for coming to stay. |
View from front bedroom window of the sole remaining trace of a Carolingian Castle built to protect the inhabitants from Barbarian invasions in the year 900. |
